WHAT IS IxMobile?

IxMobile is Ixia's next generation Video Telephony diagnostic solution that provides interoperability testing, troubleshooting, service optimization and video telephony call monitoring capabilities. It is a versatile 4-in-1 tool, providing capabilities for emulation, analysis, monitoring and QoS with call reporting. IxMobile is essential for network equipment manufacturers, handset manufacturers, and mobile operators deploying multimedia services over 3G networks. With release 3.15, IxMobile enhances existing features, adds new functionality, and formally aligns with the standards bodies:

- Enhanced Reporting - IxMobile now offers detailed call summary and call suite reports. The call summary reports include channel usage graphs, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) statistics, and much more information. The call suite reports show statistics across multiple calls, along with KPI averages and trends.
- WNSRP - WNSRP is a powerful new standard, adopted by ITU, to improve 3G-342M call setup times. IxMobile now offers full support for WNSRP and enhanced SRP, along with existing support for AnswerFast Plus technology.
- More Interoperability and Conformance Test Cases - IxMobile 4.00 supports five more GCF WI19 test cases, bringing the total number of these test cases supported to 30. IxMobile now also supports 95 out of the 106 IMTC test cases suggested for 3G Video Telephony.
